#SCCF2021 Headliners
John Armstrong
Cleveland, OH
John Armstrong has been active in standup for more than four years and recently earned the prestigious Performer’s Award at the Cleveland Comedy Festival. He regularly appears at the Improv and Hilarities as well as many shows throughout Northeast Ohio. He is the father of three wonderful children and his material often focuses on families, relationships, and current events.

Curtis Cook
Los Angeles, CA
Curtis Cook is a writer and standup comedian who has puked after a keg stand on a show called Flophouse, traveled through an Ebola checkpoint for a segment on Vice News, and appeared alongside Fred Armisen and Carrie Brownstein for sketches on Portlandia. Curtis’s standup has been seen on Comedy Central where he is currently a writer for the recent reboot of Crank Yankers.

Franqi French
Los Angeles, CA
Franqi French was selected as one of Variety Magazine's "Top 10 Comics to Watch" in 2020, won the 2019 StandUp NBC National Comedy Competition, and her stand-up special "M.A.D." is due this year. Franqi has headlined The Bentzen Ball and The Black Women in Comedy Festival in Brooklyn. She will be a featured headliner on the Stand Up NBC Summer Tour.

Joey Gentile
Cleveland, OH
Joey Gentile, a local favorite, the wild card & rule breaker of the Cleveland comedy scene, is an equal opportunity offender who shows no mercy on himself nor the audience with his uncomfortable dark and sexual humor. He has worked with Margaret Cho, Jerry Seinfeld, and Chelsea Handler; was nominated for Best Male Comedian in the 2019 Cleveland Scene Magazine "Best of Cleveland" Competition, and is a huge fan of Lana Del Ray.
(but not in a Mark David Chapman kind of way).

Mary Santora
Cleveland, OH
Mary Santora has been named the "Best Undiscovered Comedian in Ohio" by Thrillist Magazine in 2018, was voted Cleveland Scene Magazine's "Best Female Comedian" in 2016, 2017, and 2019, and co-hosts The Alan Cox Show on 100.7 WMMS. Mary recently recorded her debut album, "Hillbilly Boujee", and is one of the most down-to-earth people you will ever meet in your life.

Bryan Sternik
Cleveland, OH
Bryan Sternik won Rookie of the Year AND Comedy Juggernaut in the 2019 Cleveland Comedy Awards, former host of the award-winning Lakewood Village Tavern Open Mic, and is the self-proclaimed "Sexiest Man in Cleveland." To find out if the last part is true, you have to come to a show and find out.
